Our cakes are affectionately baked from scratch using the finest ingredients; always using butter, homemade jams. Every cake has four layers of sponge, sandwiched between a generous amounts of delicious fillings, then coated in a layer of ganache or buttercream, which creates a smooth foundation for your cake
